Parallel Med offers women’s midlife healthcare. Our Services are provided on a self-pay per package basis. We specialize in providing care to support women through this phase of life by treating symptoms and proactive screening.

• Our Services do not constitute emergency medical care. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.

• We do not guarantee any specific results from our Services.

• Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

• You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes.

• You must not misuse our Services by interfering with their normal operation.

Parallel Med may suspend or discontinue Services if you fail to comply with these Terms, do not pay required fees, engage in behavior that compromises safety or care, or if continuing Services would be medically or legally inappropriate. Whenever reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice.

You may choose to stop using our Services at any time by notifying us.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parallel Med and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

In no event shall Parallel Med’s total liability exceed the amount you paid to Parallel Med for Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
